A Laughter Science session is an opportunity to learn techniques to deal with stress, sleep deprivation, anxiety and frustration. We will practice laughter and learn how it helps to improve our immune systems, mental health, and physical health. Mind Hacking w/ Deep Yoga & Sanskrit psycho-linguistics
Hacking the Mind combines deprogramming with Yogic science, and reprogramming with Sanskrit sounds. This workshop makes Mind Hacking a charmingly simple exercise by framing these psychic technologies through legendary stories that have rarely, if ever, been decoded in this manner. Experience in any mindfulness discipline will be useful, and prior exposure to Sanskrit is not necessary.
