Conscious living extends far beyond our yoga mats. In fact, we believe the central reason we practice yoga is so that we can step out into our world as more fully realized, compassionately contributing members of our community. Conscious San Jose welcomes a wide range of workshop presenters and organizations sharing different avenues for us to explore conscious living. From self care, meditation, breathework to laughter we seek to create a space for creative ideas, intentions, and connections to be forged.
